Adalberto Duarte Defendendo durante estes mais de
234 anos de combate/ lutas contra estes tipos de injustiças tive por razões
óbvias que graduar-me em Direito e descobri que a pior corrupção ocorre na Justiça Comum e Justiça Esportiva
pois destroem vidas de inocentes com sentenças errôneas
proferidas/prolatadas com culpa e até com dolo usando-se do poderio estatal;
Enquanto, que a Justiça Esportíva também ao
manterem decisões de dentro das quatro linhas errôneas devidamente comprovadas
não deveriam penalizar os injustiçados em campo fora das quatro linhas; ou
seja, quando um gol é anulado erroneamente e/ou um pênalti marcado também
equivocadamente estas decisões deveriam ser analisadas extra campo e mantidas
ou não; pois não adianta punir-se os árbitros e seus auxiliares (bandeirinhas)
e a punição por eles geradas a um atleta inocente ser mantidas; Isto afronta a
soberania de uma Nação aviltando desta maneira sua CF; Por isso, tenho feito
denúncias e concitado aos integrantes do BOM SENSO FC que
una suas forças com as nossas Ongs AIDWYC instituída
e presidida de 1993 até 2005 por razões óbvias pelo norte americano Rubin Carter; Nosso trabalho via nossa Ong ADDHVEPP também por razões óbvias por mim
vítima/testemunha ainda viva destas atrocidades ainda é bastante incipiente e
se juntarmos forças poderemos que a Justiça Comum
(Juiz Togado) denunciado pela ministra corregedora-geral do CNJ Dra Eliana Calmon tinha razão ao fazê-la da seguinte
maneira: "Existem bandidos de toga no
judiciário"! Bem como denunciou o então advogado-geral da União e
atualmente ministro presidente do TSE Dr. Gilmar
Mendes: "MP age segundo 'Manual Nazista'; Tal como ocorreu com as
denúncias da subprocuradora-geral da República Dra. Delza
Curvello Rocha e com a denúncia do procurador-geral da República Dr. Sepúlveda Pertence que afirmou: "Criei um monstro"! https://mpjudiciariodestroemvidas.blogspot.com;

reasons that I graduated in Law and I discovered that the worst corruption
occurs in Common Justice and Sports Justice because they destroy innocent lives
with erroneous sentences pronounced / Prolated with guilt and even with fraud
using state power; Whereas, in order to keep decisions within the four
erroneous lines duly substantiated, justice should not penalize those wronged
on the field outside the four lines; Ie when a goal is wrongly overturned and /
or a penalty marked also wrongly these decisions should be analyzed extra field
and maintained or not; Because it is no use punishing the referees and their
assistants (bandeirinha s) and the punishment they generate for an innocent
athlete to be maintained; This affronts the sovereignty of a Nation thus
degrading its CF; Therefore, I have made accusations and appealed to the
members of BOM SENSO FC that join forces with our AIDWYC NGOs instituted and
presided over from 1993 to 2005 for obvious reasons by the North American Rubin
Carter; Our work via our NGO ADDHVEPP also for obvious reasons for my victim /
witness still alive of these atrocities is still very incipient and if we join
forces we can that the Common Justice (Judge Lawyer) denounced by the
corrective minister general of the CNJ Dra Eliana Calmon was right to Do it in
the following way: "There are robbers in the judiciary"! As well as
denouncing the then-Attorney General of the Union and currently TSE's President

with the denunciations of the Deputy Attorney General Delza Curvello Rocha and
with the Denunciation of the Attorney General of the Republic Dr. Sepúlveda Pertence who stated: "I
